Villa Nini is a typical Istrian stone house that has been renovated to offer you the best vacation experience and remind you of the times long gone. Villa Nini has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be put together to suit your needs. Both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, together with a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom. When you enter the outdoor area, you will definitely be overwhelmed by the garden, which has been awarded one of the most beautiful gardens in Croatia. The pool area or one of the two outside dining areas are the perfect places to enjoy the garden. Olive oil tastings can also be organized. This is simply the perfect way to spend your vacation in Istria.The villa is located in Rakovci, a small charming village near Porec. Only 50 meters from the villa you will find a good restaurant called Idila Rakovci. Stores as well as other restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the village Baderna. Porec - the tourist hotspot of Croatia, with beaches and activities, is only a short drive away. All other destinations on the Istrian peninsula are also easily accessible thanks to a very good road network, and tourism in Porec is more than just sea, sun and tourist attractions. Tourists can easily recognize the historical values of the city. Museums, galleries and many valuable places can be found in Porec. The priceless city center is located on a small peninsula. The city was founded during the reign of the Roman Empire. During your stay at the villa, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Porec.
