The beautiful Villa Intima with a view of the woods is only 2km away from the town of Poreč, located in the very heart of the western Istrian coast. Villa Intima can accommodate up to 8 people and features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable living room equipped with SAT / LED TV, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a separate WC. The total area of the villa is 200 m2 and is located on a fully fenced property with a total area of 800m2. In the yard in front of the villa there is a wonderful private swimming pool (8x4), and a covered stone barbecue with a terrace for 8 people.



Vila Intima has a beautiful veranda with stunning views, being only 3 km away from the nearest beach. The whole villa and terraces are covered with free Wi-Fi internet, allowing guests free and undisturbed surfing. Guests of the villa also have at their disposal table tennis, foosball table, electric darts and a PlayStation 3 console. In the garden of the beautiful Villa Intima Poreč there is also children's playground equipped with a swing, a slide, a small playhouse and a sandbox where the little ones will surely spend hours and hours having the best time. Fantastic restaurants, shops and bars are only a few miles away from the villa where you will enjoy complete privacy.



This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
