Designed for your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about anything. It can accommodate up to four adults and four children, offering pleasant and spacious living space for the whole family.

You will also appreciate its small balcony, ideal for an afternoon nap in the open air or a moment of relaxation after a day at the beach, as well as the ocean view from the kitchen and living room.



Upon your arrival at the house, you will discover the main living area, with a comfortable lounge corner equipped with a sofa and a television. Just behind it are the dining table and open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are at your disposal.

The balcony, which extends along one entire side of the house, is accessible from the large bay windows.



As for bedrooms, you will find two double rooms: one with a Queen Size bed (160/200), and the other with a double bed (140/190) which also has an en-suite shower. A third bedroom is fitted with two bunk beds, able to accommodate up to four children.

You will have access to a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for added comfort.



For parking, a private parking space is reserved for you.
