Preserving the traditional Mallorcan rustic spirit, this beautiful and senzill finca with private pool welcomes 6 people in Porreres.
This typical Mallorcan two-storey house offers a private chlorine pool sizing 12 x 6 metres that has a depth ranging between 0.75 and 2.15 metres. The lawn area around the pool is perfect to spread the towel and sunbathe or simply to have fun with the family little ones. Maybe, you feel like having a walk throughout the property which is is full of trees and plants and even some free hens making their way. A stoned and furnished terrace and the barbecue are perfect for those who love cooking. You will also find a shower bathroom outside the building for your major comfort.

On entering the house, on the main floor you will find a cosy living-dining room where you can watch satellite TV or relax on the sofa. Next to this room you will find the independent gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board of course. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, up the stairs, you come to a second living room with two armchairs, the ideal place to relax and read a good book. There is also a third bedroom with a double bed. For our youngest guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. Two radiators and three fans complete the equipment. One of the double bedrooms is air-conditioned from 9 pm to 9 am.

In the area of Porreres there is a great variety of bars and restaurants, offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Do not hesitate to go visit the Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, two wonderful beaches of fine sand, and enjoy to admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. The beach of Es Trenc, known for being a protected natural area, is about 26 km. Other beaches that are worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Colom or Porto Cristo, among many others.

Beschreibung stimmt nicht

Die Küche und die Möbel sind leider extrem schlecht. Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer ist eine Zumutung, der Stuhl ist völlig hinüber, den sollte man lieber entsorgen, anstatt ihn da noch stehen zu lassen. Das Geschirr ist ein Sammelsurium und nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Lage des Hauses und die Außenanlagen mit dem Pool sind aber dafür sehr schön.

Insgesamt gut, aber die Sauberkeit insbesondere des Geschirrs war nicht gut. Der wäscheständer war kaputt. Das WLAN war ok aber auch nicht super gut. Das Badezimmer im Haus insbesondere der Wasserdruck nicht gut.

A peaceful country home with an amazing pool!!!

We had a lovely relaxing two week stay in this wonderful country home. The large pool was absolutely lovely and big enough to actually swim in! It was a very peaceful location, being a 10-15 minute drive from anywhere, which suited us perfectly. The garden had several lovely shady places to sit during the midday heat. The night sky was unspoilt; there was no light pollution at all, we were lucky enough to see shooting stars on several nights. There were also lots of birds, bats (at twilight), local pigs, chickens and rabbits to keep an eye out for during our travels. There were many lovely beaches within a 35-45 minute drive (you can easily reach the south or the east cost). White sand and the clear turquoise waters were always very inviting! Our favourite was S’ Amarador. We were thrilled to see fish whilst swimming most days, goggles were all you needed! The children found this very exciting! Every beach we found was quite busy (compared to our previous experiences in mainland Spain, where we can usually find somewhere peaceful - if you’re willing to drive) but we could always find a spot if we got there early enough. We stayed during August… so it was probably as busy as it ever gets, I’d love to go back out of season in the future and would love to stay here again. Our children (aged 12 and 9) couldn’t have been happier. I should also mention that the WiFi was great- good enough to stream film! There was also a modern washing machine and a separate shower and toilet block (which was perfect to use after the pool to avoid wet children walking through the house!). In summary, this is a lovely country home in a wonderfully peaceful location with a fabulous pool. We had a great holiday and would definitely like to return in the future. Thank you!
