It's a family adventure that began in 1998 when Valentin and Laëtitia took possession of this medieval manor complex, protected as a Historic Monument! In addition to the organic farming and its 55 hectares of land, the owners are also leading the gradual rehabilitation of the estate. Passionate about history as much as biodiversity, they welcome you to this former 15th century wine press where everything is "homemade"! On 3 levels, you will discover the work always accomplished with the spirit of recovery that drives Valentin and the sometimes medieval atmosphere of these large rooms. The living room, fitted out in the former wine press tower, is not lacking in authenticity! Supported by numerous volunteers, the owners continue to work to preserve this unique place, where you may encounter "Dagobert" the donkey and other chickens, swans, and ducks as they wander around. Guests are welcome to observe the care of the farm animals.
