Had reservation with code to get into unit. Unable to enter unit I reached out to contact who advised me the unit was unavailable. We were moved to similar layout unit next door. This unit had a bathroom leak in the ceiling from the unit above. Drywall debris and water on floor, which I cleaned. Notified contact again. Water and debris continued. Had other unit cleaned and asked us to move into the original unit. Discussed issue with contact again. Based on the inconvenience, he said he would credit us back funds. Still have not received compensation.
