Positioned perfectly on the shores of the Texas coastline, this elegant Texas beach house has a timeless appeal. The grand two-story façade is welcoming and classic— and so close to the shore, you can hear the crash of the ocean waves as soon as you arrive. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms this home also features an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, and a fenced-in yard. With just a short walk down to the sandy shore— this is an impeccable holiday home by the sea.

The Space

Enjoy the natural sunlight which cascades through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the main floor. Or sit on the front porch and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach. Afterwards, head to your private master suite, you will hardly be able to contain your happiness when you see the abundance of natural light and fun pops of color in this room.

This coastal oasis has a sprawling open-floor concept connecting the living area to the dining table and kitchen, making it easy to entertain! Newly constructed, with high ceilings throughout the home, and large rooms full of windows that create a "sunny" feel during your visit.

You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table and bar, that can comfortably seat 14, to share meals, stories, and laughter. The kitchen has granite countertops, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and full of all the necessities to make your favorite meals and drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, and margaritas!).

Ample windows throughout the house let the light pour in. Four bedrooms have enough space for each one of you. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 full/twin beds—all equipped with the comfiest mattresses and bedding. If you are working remotely you can find the dedicated work space accompanied by a smart TV.

Walk out on the 2nd and 3rd story decks to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee on the lounge chairs or have a meal on the outside polywood table. A beautiful place to breathe in the clean salt air.

This home is family friendly and is equipped with children’s toys/books. Included with your rental, there are plenty of fun in the sun toys including numerous beach toys, boogie boards, and so much more.

After your day at the beach, wash the sand away in the private shower, equipped with hot water. Enjoy time spent in the sun or watching the sunset on the wood decks.
