The pool nned a good clean but we used it. Lots of organis debris. (flower petals, bugs etc)
The jacuzzi was closed with a sign from the health dept. It was green green! Awful. The area uround the pool was run down, part of one cheeki was burned, some chairs broken etc. The room was clean however. Investment needed in landscaping and repair
Both the pool and the hot tub closed by department of Florida but there was no mention that they were not available. And we were really looking forward to access to the pool. The room was decent, clean and had a little kitchen area which was nice
This hotel is family owns !!! We stayed every 6 month!! We can see a lots of improvements!! Freshly painted, a new appliances, comfortable beds, a new bedding !!!! And very nice people!!
We will stay here again!!!
The sliding glass door did'nt close properly and the room lighting was sub-par and there were no tissues in the bathroom. I was also disapointed that the pool was unkeep but is suspect that these deffiencicy are a work in proscess
Cute vintage 1950s hotel within walking district of the actual warm springs. Must dip at the Springs, its rustoc no frills warm springs, but is thereaputic. Take a float, not for kids to run about in.
Now this hotel is a historic site, refurbished. Clean rooms. Cute remodel on bathroom. But dated curtains. Sadly NO HOT WATER and a disingenious response from owner. Internet failed, only good for phone, not laptop. Cute patio. Go if you want clean, streamlined, no frills.
Unfortunately, the photos in this listing are not accurate of what this place really looks like. We checked into our room and noticed immediately that there was some kind of dark substance smeared across the front of the comforter. I pulled the covers back and saw various types of hair, seemingly woven through the fibers of the sheets. there was a dead bug of some sort in the bathroom cabinet as well. We went to the front desk, told the older woman working up there, and she seemed very upset by this information and moved us to another room. We walked in there with hopes that it would be clean, and as I pulled the cover back, I saw what I think might have been dried blood on the side of the sheets. The pool and hot tub were out of order as well. There were potted plants on the shuffleboard court. The general air of the place was despair and despondency. The rooms have been repainted and decorated nicely, but I am really disturbed by the fact that they canât seem to properly wash the sheets. They gave us a refund and we went on our way. I was very disappointed because the architectural style of this place is what drew me in.
