Recently updated, full kitchen, 2 full baths & new full-size washer & dryer. Feels like home with every convenience you’ll need! You’ll sleep like a baby in the incredibly comfortable beds with quality bedding and pillows. Relax and view the mouth of the Myakka River from the comfortable, incredibly quiet lanai. Free high-speed internet, USB-equipped outlet with multiple ports and extra charging cables provided, smart Roku TV with basic Xfinity package but you can log in to your streaming services via the guest pass and relax after a fun-packed day at the beach! All basic supplies are provided and extra toiletries are available in case you forget something! Truly your home away from home!

The unit is all yours, private entrance with covered parking for 1 car. Sleeps 9 in a pinch (1 King bed, 2 double beds, & 1 pull-out Queen bed in living room. Primary bedroom with King bed & ensuite bathroom-2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and Jack & Jill access to the 2nd bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and brand new full-size washer & dryer. Hall closet with tons of supplies and beach accessories & lanai guest closet full of fun stuff to use!

You can park one car in covered parking under any of the buildings and another in the parking area in the complex. Easy walk or bike ride to several restaurants too!

Important Stuff:
-Make sure you read through the House Manual & Community Rules
-There is a grumpy pool police lady who will harass you if you're breaking the rules so watch out lol
-Please remove your trash, bins are located at the south end of the property at the entrance in an enclosure, make sure to secure the gate.
-Dry food may be left behind if it's not expired/rotten. Please remove anything that will rot or go bad that you may have in the refrigerator and/or cupboards.
-No towels or belongings on the railing or walkway please :)
-No smoking in the home or common areas.
-Dogs aren't allowed on the beach, dock, or pool area.
-Pool hours are dawn to dusk. Be sure to mind your manners or the pool police will get you! No jumping, diving, food or beverages in or near the pool, respect pool hours and keep the noise down to a reasonable level please :)
-Please make sure you abide by all Community Rules-any infraction fines will have to be passed on to you and we want you to have a great time not get fined :)
-$100 Fines will be imposed for House Rules & Community Rule infractions so please be sure to read through the HOA Rules :)
