This house is beautiful and modern! Not cluttered, clean, without bugs or spiders, etc.Easy check-in, the owner was easy to message with quick replies to our questions! Publix is located nearby. We didnât eat out much, preferring to cook at home.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for our week long visit. The den/TV room furniture was excellent! Recliners on both couches and easy to clean leather! (A rare find in rentals!). A Roku TV in each bedroom is nice too!The yard is perfect for catching some rays while our dogs explored and played. (The dogs were fascinated by the zippy little geckos!). The pool and lanai with a gas grill are great. Unfortunately we came down during a cool spell so we didnât get to partake in those amenities much. But sooo many glass doors looking out over the pool, yard and canal made it like welcoming the sunshine right in with us! Very cheery!The neighborhood is quiet, not a lot of traffic, no noisy neighbors to worry about.The only negative I can mention is that the only public beach parks we found in the area donât allow dogs on the beach. Weâd never stayed in this area so we may have missed better places to go. Other than that, weâd stay here again. Very comfortable house!
