This beautiful family home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Port Charlotte, Florida. It is just steps away from local restaurants, entertainment venues, and shopping centers, making it an ideal location for families seeking both tranquility and convenient access to amenities. Additionally, residents can easily reach various attractions and services throughout the Port Charlotte area.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a flat-screen TV and plenty of space to store your belongings. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a TV. The third bedroom has a king bed and a decent closet. Additional bedding is available in the closet. The home's private washer and dryer will keep everyone's clothes clean, so you'll have the luxury of packing light for your trip. Free WiFi will allow you to browse or stream your favorite TV shows and movies on all three TVs. No cable, but you will have access to all streaming applications.

That beautiful property is just a short drive from the nearest beaches, fishing piers, dog parks, golf courses, and restaurants. 10 minutes from the charming historic center of Punta Gorda.
