Back covered patio, outdoor area for dining and front porch area to relax. Great for families. Located in South Gulf Cove subdivision, a peaceful and quiet area outside of the city noise.

Just 15 min driving to the wonderful beaches in Gasparilla Island and Englewood.

Very comfortable home

The house is big and open. Lots of breathing room. Great kitchen. Nice baths all with tubs so hard for anyone with mobility issues. It served us very well for this stay. Place to improve would be to stress to cleaning company that floors need to be cleaned and under furniture too. Our socks were black

wonderful vacation home

This was a very comfortable, roomy and well stocked home. It was appreciated that there were beach towels available as well as beach chairs. It is good to have written instructions for the house as well as the surrounding area. It was nice to have the four bedrooms( especially the one with bunkbeds with the trundle bed) and 3 bathrooms.

House was well decorated and spacious inside. Back patio area very nice. Enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and devotions. The host, Moises, was always available for questions. Its nice to know someone is there when needed.

We were 3 couples on a winter vacation. House was well stocked, comfortable beds and very nice living room furniture! we had a small electrical problem but an electrician was called and took care of the problem immediately. super nice house..we would definately stay here again!

4 man golf trip

Came south for a week of golf in Southwest Florida. House was beautiful and as advertised. Private yet in a great location; Proximate to Englewood, Rotonda, Venice and many golf courses within a half hour drive.

Overly Accommodating & Well Procured Home

First and foremost Moises has done an amazing job procuring all the little things that most short term rentals lack. There is proper cookware, SHARP KNIVES, plenty of towels and linens, and everything else you go looking for when you need it. To boot, where everything is, is labeled! No wondering around the home opening random drawers and closets. This is a beautiful open concept home, with tasteful and very comfortable furnishings. The place was spotless and everything worked. The only issue we had was a broken remote control, which Moises had shipped to us right away. This was the best short term rental experience I have ever had. Thanks Moises, you rock!

Beautiful

Girls trip 2022- there were four of us and we all had plenty of personal space. This house was tastefully decorated, clean, and well maintained. The property owners thought of just about everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon were unexpected bonuses. Location is great and close to many beaches. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleases with this property. We wanted to be close to my dad and needed enough room for everyone. This house was perfect. Extremely clean and updated. We did not lack for anything. We even cooked Easter dinner with no issues.

Amazing home.

This home was beautiful! It had space for everyone and was close to all the beaches and shopping. We loved have a gas and charcoal grill and a full stocked kitchen with everything you needed. Much much nicer than usual rentals. This was a HOME for us while in Port Charlotte.

Pristine beautiful beach home

When we walked in we said "wow!" The color/decorations are beautiful and the quartz countertops were shining clean like diamonds. The light fixtures are gorgeous. Our daughter loved the bunk bed, the house is kid-friendly and we enjoyed our short stay, next time we hope to stay longer. House was too big for the three of us, this would be perfect for a larger family. Owner easy to get in touch with and check-in/out instructions simple and easy to follow. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a learning garden within walking distance. We all slept well. Thank you and God bless!
