Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath with washer and dryer, 1 futon in the living room and a long drive way. It has an open patio with a view of the pond where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a smart flatt screen TV and the
master bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful , professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Nice vacation for my family

The stay was great. I loved feeling like I was at home. I also loved the fact that everything was convenient for my family and I. The only negative is that it had ants in the kitchen. Maybe do to the area I’m assuming, other than the ants I loved my stay away from home .

Communication Can Improve

Unfortunately, I was texted my information to access the house, but I was going through a loss and was getting condolences from numbers that were not in my contact. By the time I got to the house, I could not find the communication from the property manager who also was a different person/name to the one listed on the site. I hoped I could find my information by logging into my vrbo account and there was nothing there. Although hesitant because it was late, I tried to communicate to the number listed and there was no answer. To this date, the person handling the rental never tried communicating with me. The house and location was very nice, but with improved communication the whole experience could have been better.

Weekend Getaway

This was my first time renting any type of vacation rental property. Everything with this property met all expectations. The instruction manual gave all the details about the house, amenities in the community and area restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay again.
