There is a main bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet for convenience.

The sleek contemporary kitchen comes equipped with quality appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, flowing into a spacious dining area and a beautiful sunken lounge. Take in stunning canal views from both the main bedroom and the living area.

Step outside to a large entertaining deck with an outdoor setting—perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed afternoon BBQ. Additional features include a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, a Chest freezer, a double lock-up garage with internal access and FREE WiFi throughout the home.

Great way to spend a relaxing holiday, fish from your own front door, launch your boat near-by at the machinery boat ramp or bring your kayak or stand up paddle board as the property has a shared jetty.

Please note - There is an internal staircase consisting of Approximately 15 Stairs, Pedestal fans only in each of the Bedrooms and guests boats are not be moored across the front of the jetty as neighbours need access for swimming.

Lovely home and location. Information booklet on connecting to wifi and other property details needed. Camp freezer in laundry as fridge didn’t have one not great. Nor no ceiling fans or aircon expected for a holiday rental in this price range.
