We enjoyed our stay. The app said free breakfast but there was only free coffee. It was clean and well set up for extended stay. We liked the set up: fridge, stove top, sink, and microwave. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Laundry area was very clean, too.

Very dirty, e.g. toilet not cleaned, night stand not completely wiped clean. Thin walls, you can hear people coughing, sneezing. Many HUD extended stay occupants. People drinking beer in the parking lot and lobby. Lobby refrigerature behind check-in counter only contained beer for sale. We left and got a refund. Did not feel comfortable or safe.

4 day trip to Florida for graduation

Traveling for daughter’s graduation, was told this was an extended stay but there were no utensils, coffee pot, toaster ,ect. Things you would expect at an extended stay. Was told that linen change was 10.00 and when asked to use a broom to clean my floor was told it would cost me $5.00!! That’s crazy. Everything had a price tag on it! I was only there 4 days , very inconvenient, even early told I had to take out my own trash! I’ve never stayed at an extended stay or hotel where o had to do that ! This is a new property, but the customer should not have to suffer because management isn’t ready to provide the services that should be offered! I don’t think I would stay again unless they made some improvements!

The staff was very nice and accomimdating, but the property itself was very underwhelming and, frankly, gross. When we entered the first room we were give, there were at least half a dozen live cockroaches. We went back to the desk and the young woman working was very apologetic and quickly gave us a new room on a different floor. There were no bugs in this room, but it didn't feel or look particularly clean. There was still some trash in the kitchenette from a previous guest, as well as visible hair and nail clippings in the bathroom. As well, the hallways smelled strange (perhaps from other guests cooking), and slightly musty. Again, the staff was wonderful and helpful. But I would not stay at this property again for the sake of cleanliness.

The agent who checked us in was very efficient, pleasant and accomodating. We arrived early and couldnt wait for check-in time. We had items in a cooler that needed to be out of our hot car. She took the cooler and held it for us until we could return late that night.

Terrible Experience - Cockroaches

Cockroaches found in room and when brought to attention of staff they didn’t seem to care. 3 days later they brought in Walmart spray that did nothing We have like zero towels for an 8 day stay No shampoo made available When we asked for things, it always seemed like they would get frustrated with us for asking for things that should be made available in any hotel Honestly would never stay here again and I reccomend others to stay away I want a refund!!!
