Don’t do it

I’m a super host with the competition so I my expectations are same as I provide. First, the neighborhood is run down. There was a busted flowerbed in the back yard with a board laying with NAILS FACING UPWARDS. there is no switch for the garbage disposal so we had to use the plunger to clear the sink! Not even creamer or sugar for coffee. Towels were cheap and scratchy. No laundry detergent and someone was living in the garage then tried to scam me for a microwave 5 days later that wasn’t used. Had to report to VRBO and credit card company. Wouldn’t even return my calls. Absolutely pathetic

A+ no issues

Our stay was great overall no issues. It would be helpful to have a picture of the front of the house so you know what you are looking for. I found it but had to do my own searching. Parking was ok for one car but there was always a car in the driveway in front of the garage. Indicating you should park in front of the front door would be helpful.

Nice home away from home

Great property, quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, we enjoyed the fire pit on the chilly nights.
