The room was remodeled and was pretty clean. The furniture was old and there were no towel racks other than the one above the toilet so there was no place to hang your towel or clothes. There was also no hair dryer. But they did provide soap and shampoo and coffee and the bed was clean and comfortable. Place was pretty quiet considering it looked like some people were actually living there.

Clean room.... BUT the HEAT setting on the a/c does NOT work. Very cold night, 35⁰... I just left a campground so I am equipped to sleep in the cold BUT the promise of heat in my room is why I slept here. I spent my money for nothing! Even on the highest setting (see photo) NO HEAT!!!

Formal Complaint – Roadway Inn North I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent three-day stay at the Roadway Inn North. During my stay, I did not receive any room service at all. Clean towels were not provided unless I went to the front desk myself to request them, which should not be necessary for a paying guest. Additionally, the daytime front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the level of service fell well below basic hospitality standards. I am disappointed with the conditions and customer service during my stay and felt compelled to formally document these issues.
