THINGS TO KNOW
*The village pool is heated in the winter, but we do not control when it's heated or not. The HOA is in control of heating the pool and the pool maintenance.
*Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.
*An outdoor shower for rinsing sand off is located on the side of the garage.
*Parking is available in the driveway only and for 2-3 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RV's are NOT permitted. Street parking is not allowed.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the FB group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restaurant times as they adjust to busier or slow times.
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

*Must be 25 to book
*Any disorderly conduct on or off the property may lead to eviction
*Must sign a rental agreement to book
*ID Verification will be required before receiving check-in instructions
*Must e-sign rental agreement before check-in instructions are sent
*Please be sure to follow this home's pet policy-get any exceptions approved prior to booking.
*Max of 2 dogs up to 50lbs. $150 pet fee and crated if left home alone.
