The Space:

Salt‑kissed breezes drift onto the screened‑in porch as you step inside, and the gentle rhythm of nearby waves sets an easy pace for your stay. A short boardwalk across the street leads you to soft white sand, while sunlight fills the open living space, inviting you to linger over coffee in the morning and gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. Here the days slow down naturally, giving you space to relax, play, and enjoy the coast together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably sleeps eight guests across four private bedrooms. A MIL suite offers a queen bed for two, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed for two, Bedroom 2 also provides a queen bed for two, and Bedroom 4 is set up with two twin beds for two.



Bathrooms & essentials

Two full baths serve the house, stocked with bathroom essentials, fresh linens, and towels. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or post‑beach refreshes.



Kitchen & dining

The open‑plan kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together under air‑conditioned comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for home‑cooked meals, and a dining table invites shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. When the weather calls, you can take meals outside to the patio.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio or into the backyard for a range of coastal‑style activities. A fire pit and grill create a perfect setting for evening gatherings, while a putting green adds a playful touch for downtime. Outdoor furniture provides inviting spots to soak up the salty air and watch the sunset.



Location & access

A private entrance and smart‑lock self check‑in make arrival effortless. The beach is directly across the street, just a two‑minute walk along the boardwalk. Beach essentials are provided so you can head straight to the sand with towels, chairs, and other basics ready for you.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome to share the coastal experience, with the same easy access to the beach and outdoor spaces.

The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
