The elevator may be used throughout your stay, but be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If any issues arise during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee**

The linens and furniture in this home are extremely high quality for guest satisfaction. While we do allow up to 2 dogs (50lbs or less) with applicable pet fees, please DO NOT bring dogs that are not fully housebroken or dogs that chew. A thorough inspection is done upon checkout before cleaning begins. Additional charges will apply for pet related issues.

Initial supplies are provided so that you can arrive and settle on in your first day. Including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo + conditioner, laundry pods, dishwashing soap and sponge, dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels and a few trash bags. PLEASE expect to replenish supplies yourself at local store.

Pool heat is available for $75 per day. If interested in adding pool heat, please let us know.

Absolutely stunning property!! It was perfect for our family-open main living area with plenty of room to hang out. Views are amazing-we could see our family from the balcony and communicate with them. Kids loved the pool area. Host was easily accessible with any question. Immaculate property and will definitely stay again!

My wife and 4 children absolutely loved our stay at Hartley Haven. The house is essentially brand new. Incredibly clean, high-end appliances, great bathrooms/beds and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The views were incredible, and the covered pool was perfect for young kids. They supplied beach chairs, pool toys, a crab net and even small flashlights to find crabs at night. This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas after staying in Destin, San Destin, Rosemary beach for years. A few tips - there are two general stores less than a mile away that have all the essentials needed but if you want groceries, I recommend bringing them or picking them up in town. The general stores have adjacent ice cream/coffee shops which are great, and Hunt's seafood is excellent. Lastly, this is of no fault to the owner of the property, but the beach erosion is significant and there are a few broken wooden poles sticking out of the sand which could cause issues. During high tide you cannot see the poles but at low tide you will be able to see them. Hopefully, the beach personal who maintain Cape San Blas beaches can remove these potential hazards leftover from the hurricane. Our crew walked down the beach to the right, and everyone had a blast all week. Hopefully with the new government grant to fix the beach, the beach erosion/beach will improve, but this house/property/pool was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars!
