A spacious open floor plan welcomes you with a 16’ ceiling and a spectacular stone fireplace. A loft with a skylight overlooks the great room. This home is flooded with natural light from sunrise to sunset!


The spacious kitchen is large enough to accommodate several cooks pitching in to prepare family meals, which is easy to do with two ovens, two refrigerators (one on the sun porch) and loads of cabinet and counter space. There is plenty of seating in the dining area for everyone to eat together.


With 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this home is ideal for large family gatherings. It offers sleeping accommodations for up to 15, including two spacious king bedrooms with access to decks and views of the Gulf and St. Joe Bay. There is a third king room, a queen room with extra single, and two rooms with twin beds.


Off the great room is a large glass enclosed sun porch with wet bar, refrigerator, sink, and table and chairs for four. Curl up in one of two large papasan chairs to read a book or take a nap! Off the sun porch is a large open deck with a table for an outdoor meal, or enjoy sunbathing and drinking in the sunsets on the lounge furniture.


Entertainment options include free cable TV, high speed internet, Wi-Fi and long distance phone service. Stream your favorite movies to the TV. Most bedrooms have TVs.


The carport and drive accommodate six vehicles. Under the house is a grilling area, and an outside shower and half bath to wash off the sand after a day of fun on the beach.
