This exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in St. Joe Beach. Step outside and you will find yourself on pristine, white sandy shores. This home offers an inviting atmosphere that will make you want to return repeatedly.

The first floor comprises a living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary requirements during your stay; alternatively, you can explore the various excellent dining options available in the vicinity. Additionally, there is a screened-in deck accessible from the living room, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets or unwinding while listening to the calming waves of the gulf.

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room has a sleeper sofa. This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings.

Ah Coogee is a Non-Smoking home and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach offers miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, and is a safe haven for swimmers of all ages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
