We loved the area. It was nice and quiet. The house was very spacious. It was a great place to stay and plan to go back next year!! The only thing that we had a problem with was the code getting in the door. It was extremely long. We had to pull the phone out and read it out to the other every time. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Loved this place! Clean with everything you could need. My only complaint was that you could not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, and it did get very warm in the house. I have a very hard time sleeping when I am hot, so I didn't sleep well. But other than that, it was great!

Christmas stay 2024

This was a very relaxing. All the neighbors were nice to us while we were there. Beach wasn't much for handicapped accessibility which we would have liked but still very close and easy walking distance. The boardwalks were awesome. We didn't use the pool because of temps during December but would like to come back in the summer and enjoy that amenity as well. Awesome place with awesome accommodations. Loved our stay. God bless everyone involved with this rental.

The surprise beach family vacation for my mom

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Cape San Blas! I decided last minute to surprise my mom with a family vacation, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The beach was stunning, and we spent so much time enjoying the sun and sand.The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family of four. The pool was a great addition, providing a perfect spot to relax in the afternoons. We made wonderful memories together, and my mom was thrilled with the surprise.I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to escape to a beautiful beach destination. Our vacation get away

Had a wonderful time at Pelican Kiss Beach Cottage. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was a short distance and was simply gorgeous. Powder white sand and very secluded. We had a wonderful time.
