"Sea Haven" is a brand new 4bd 3ba home located in St Joe Beach. Sea Haven accommodates up to 10 people, so you can bring the whole family! You will enjoy all the comforts of home while being just a short walk to the sugary white sand and emerald green waters of the gulf of Mexico. This home is fully furnished and offers a fully equipped kitchen. This home is a single level home with an open floor plan. The owners have provided a gas grill and have recently built an outdoor shower which offers hot and cold water. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a spacious back yard. Sea Haven is a short block and a half walk to the beach! Plenty of boat parking available!!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
