Great House & Beach

Our family of 10 adults greatly enjoyed our second time at the Sand Haven house. It's a great location with proximity to the beach and the house accommodates everyone perfectly. We hope to be back for a third time next year!

Property Management needs attention

Wonderful house but not very clean. Multiple light bulbs out throughout the house. While dishes and utensils were put away, many were still dirty and we had to wash before using. We did not appreciate having the thermostats locked on us. We are conscientious and keep the sliding glass doors closed. We had to keep the ceiling fans on full time and at times it was still a bit on the warm side.

Great Family Vacation

Sand Haven was perfect for a big family Thanksgiving. 4 sisters + spouses and a few teenagers all had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The house is beautiful and the beach was perfect.

Amazing home on the cape

Beautiful gulf front home with amazing views and balconies! Loved the porch swing, hot tub, layout of home and quiet beaches . Management was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again . Highly recommend.

Great house all around

Lovely house right on the beach. The rooms were big and well thought out. The furnishings were nice and comfortable. We had a couple of minor issues but the property manager took care of it very quickly. We will definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful setting!!!

We travelled with my mom and our three adult children plus their significant others and dog. We ALL had a wonderful time! The location could not have been better and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious!!!

Your beach bliss is waiting for you at Sandhaven.

Lovely home so close to the beach! We had endless sunsets and morning coffees on the covered porch. We really had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The king beds were great sleepers with nice bedding. (We did not need or use the queen/bunk beds.) Spacious bathrooms and living area, and the extra fridge and icemaker were nice. We were fortunate with beautiful daily weather and took advantage of the beach gear credit. My husband's parents are older and it would have been nice to use the elevator, especially for loading and unloading supplies, but we knew that it was not for guest use when we rented it. We would love to stay here again. We return to Cape San Blas for vacation almost yearly because of the beautiful beaches, small town atmosphere, and great fishing.
