▪ Community Rules. Guests must be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Excess noise
violations may result in fines.
▪ Noise Ordinance – Guest will need to honor a 9:00pm-8:00am noise ordinance
▪ No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the residence; any evidence of smoking will incur
a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional damages or excessive cleaning required
▪ No Pets - The residence is a pet-free zone; introducing pets into the property will result in a minimum
$500 cleaning fee, plus additional costs associated with restoring the property to original condition.
▪ No Parties or Events - No events or parties are permitted including amplified music. The maximum
allowed number of guests at the property is twelve (14)

▪ Private backyard – Not fully fenced.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $5,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
