Two of the remaining bedrooms have queen-size beds. The fourth remaining bedroom has two twin beds. Sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This home is perfect for families who want outdoor gathering space, boat parking, and seclusion. Sweet Sunsets sits about a block from the beach in a quiet Mexico Beach neighborhood. While this home does offer outdoor gathering space with a screen porch and patio pad, the inviting open floor plan allows plenty of space indoors for gathering as well. Sweet Sunsets is ready for you and your family! This home is pet friendly as well!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
