It was amazingly quiet and comfortable. No complaints at all for the property or room. We did try the indoor Onsen bath in the morning. We had to call for the front desk clerk because at 630, it still was closed when it wss supposed to have been open since 5am. We'd like to use the outdoor one if we're back when the weather is a little nicer. (It was raining.)

Staff was courteous. Nice facilities, we wish there was a water fountain/filling station in the onsen locker rooms. The hotel rooms were not as comfortable as we'd like (comforters, pillows, rough towels). We also ended up buying shampoo and conditioner from a store instead of using the small ones provided.

The room was clean but lacked furnishings. There was no type of dresser and only one luggage rack. There was 4 of us and only one had a place to put their luggage. Everyone else had to put their things on the floor. There was no microwave nor iron w/ ironing board in the room. There was 4 of us but only towels for 2. The staff was very nice and got us what we needed quickly.
