The property is modern and new. I was surprised that the Sake bar was empty. No bartender. Then we tried Waterfalls and was told they were understaffed and dinner items are taking longer than normal. We opted to just have a few cocktails but those were not mixed very well. The japanese onset pools were interesting but i would have rather been able to talk to my husband instead of being separated. The room was clean but i was surprised to see that the tub handle was not secure and would fall off and there was no body soap just a small shampoo and conditioner bottle. The room had a nice keurig and fridge and there was a japanese bidet toilet which was a nice touch.

The place is new and quiet, with responsive staff. But our forst room was on the 4th floor under the HVAC unit. Very loud constant rumbling. They moved us to a 3rd floor room with a window that wouldn't close. It was 48 degrees outside at night, so we moved to a 2nd floor room, which was fine. We got breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience of moving twice. They gave us a microwave when I asked for it, but I would prefer the microwave to simply come with the room. The rooms could use another table or desk. The windows do open, which is great. The toilets have crazy seat heaters and bidets on the seats. Very Japanese. Ok. I am allergic to shellfish, and the restaurant gave off strong fishy smells at dinnertime, so I was afraid to enter the restaurant. I would stay there again, but not on the 4th floor under the HVAC unit.
