Our TV didn’t work- we asked 3 times for someone to fix it- no once came. Each time the front desk said “the technician will be here tomorrow” the bathroom was old and terribly designed. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, the floor would get soaked with water. We had to lay towels down to catch the water. We had a giant chunk of hair under our bed. It was nasty. They clearly don’t care about cleaning.

Disappointing stay

I am so disappointed. The room smelled horrible. The refrigerator was leaking and didn't work. The room was hot, the bathroom door didn't fully close. And to top it off the tv was stuck on one channel!

Rooms were unclean, deadbolts did not work, door locks did not work. Rooms, bedding etc were not clean, mold and mildew in shower, room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Pull out couch was smaller than a twin. A 6 and 9 yr old barely fit. Tv didn’t work, internet couldn’t connect, soaking wet hand towels left from previous guests, staff showed up to bring linens with their friends (non-staff). Shower curtain moldy.
