Large yard with fire pit and views of Mt. Hood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to three major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Office space with desk and printer. Dedicated coffee bar. I live in this property when not rented.
