Roof-top deck is tremendous!
The large deck, shared with the other unit in the building, has great views. Is nice to relax late night and to take pictures of sunrise. The negatives: bit of a walk to most restaurants, is on 3rd floor with two sets of steep and narrow stairs, parking is 200 feet away at bottom of the hill on a different street, the bed (a queen) is a very thin mattress you sink into (especially if you sit on it).

Disappointing
Apt was not ready at 3pm check in time. Building very old with trecherous stairs to the 3rd floor. One knife and next to no silverware, plates, cups, glasses. NOT a short 2 block walk to the Old Port. Farther away than described. TV did not work despite the owners efforts to fix it.
