The last time I stayed here they offered valet parking, which I was happy to pay for. I was definitely not happy to have to find street parking, especially when I returned at night by myself, and had to park and then walk several blocks to get back to the safety of the hotel. Until and unless safe parking options are offered I will not be staying there again, and cannot recommend it.

Location was okay. Parking was terrible for the area and you could not enter the property from the parking area without first checking in which meant walking around the property to the front door which had no parking. Parking was also $35 which was a rip off. Room was fair but also had a very noisy hvac system that never shut off. The dresser drawer would not stay closed and opened right into the path to the bathroom which I stumbled over on my way to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Breakfast was below average compared to other hotels in this price range. I would not recommend and I would not stay at this property again regardless of the price.

Great hotel! There is so much around both food options as well as stores such as Ross and TJ Max. There is a food pod location which gives a variety of food to eat and it’s only a block away. Felt very safe and quiet despite there being a train behind hotel. Breakfast served was also good and had a variety of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes and protein like bacon or sausage. The only downside was that you can hear everything single food step of the room above (was on second floor). We got little sleep one night because it sounded like kids were running and jumping. I also didn’t like that they charged a daily fee for parking, especially if you’re staying there for a couple of days.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean, but I got zero sleep because my room was directly over a city train with a gate that dinged ALL NIGHT LONG. I wouldn’t stay in that location again. Other rooms further away from the MAX might be better. The other amenities were great and staff was very friendly.

I did not realize I would have to pay $35 per night for parking or park down the street in a parking garage. I had a long day of work and travel, so dealing with parking was the last thing I wanted to do at 11pm. Staff was very friendly and the facilities lovely.

Room was large and spacious. The area had great restaurants and options within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was awesome, I wish I got her name to say thank you. You could hear some footsteps from above but that doesn’t bother me at all and I didn’t hear any noise from next door units or outside so that was great. My only complaint was we chose this location to use their ev chargers. You have to pay $35 for parking, which is fine, but when we left at 10 PM to run an errand and came back the parking lot was full and all the ev spots were taken with non ev vehicles. If you’re going to charge $35 for parking, at least have enough spots available/ cap parking to people who have already paid so if you leave for minute you still have parking when you come back.
