The staff were all exceptional and the room was clean and a nice size. I will definitely book with Jupiter again if I ever return to the area.

As you never actually stayed with us, and as we waived the same day cancellation fee for your reservation, we find this review confusing since you've had no experience with the property other than for us to do you a favor. We hope that in your future return to Portland you find a suitable location to your stay.

A Good Deal But Also
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsStaff is awesome! The original hotel is a little forgotten...early morning construction that made me sad. VERY clean rooms. GREAT service. A little annoying you have to go across the street for a front desk? And genuinely someone should mention there is non-stop construction in the effort to break apart the Doug Fir bc it's like very loud but more importantly too sad to look at. Truly lovely staff tho.

lack of privacy on the ground level. Loud noise through out the night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jupiter. Staff at check in was very helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would have liked to know that the entry doors were outside with no secure corridor to get to the rooms. P

It was noisy as anyone walked by the room door. The condoms on the nightstand was a bit weird.
