This private ground floor end unit is located on a man-made Lake (just outside your front door) at the Tualatin Commons in downtown Tualatin, Oregon. The Condo Unit has the benefit of a dedicated parking space on private property; as well as, ample FREE 3-Hour public parking for additional Guests right next door.

Nice quiet little place.

This is a nice little place to stay for a couple that is in the center of a lot to do and see. It is currently still under construction, so that noise was there during the day, but when that is done it will be really a gem of a place to stay

Family visit

Came to Tualatin to meet my granddaughter. Wanted a place close to my son, his wife and their newborn baby. This place was less than a mile and met all of our needs. We wanted to cook a few meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the whole feel of the condo! We will definitely come back again!

Great Location and Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has great walkability, close to shops. It was comfortably decorated and had a great use of space. However, being close to the lake during fall the condo should have more rugs as the floor was cold. Also the central heating did not go above 75 so it was cold during the night. Additionally there was a neighbor who knocked on the door and said we were in their space. There was another vehicle parked in our designated space. There are no clearly assigned parking spaces or defined lines for parking spaces. It would be beneficial to have the association add parking spaces that are assigned.

Not handicapped accessible

I am in a wheelchair and was led to believe it was handicapped accessible. The toilet area was so narrow I couldn’t access the toilet even with my walker. And the handicap parking was at the other end of the complex. Also there were ant traps all over the whole interior of the unit. The two signs to indicate the property location were missing from the front of the building. Also the water heater wasn’t turned on to get hot water.

Very disappointing experience

I'm from the area and needed a place to stay for a week, so I was very excited about the location of this property and the beautiful photos posted. Unfortunately, there are several maintenance and cleanliness issues that have not been addressed. Among other concerns, the HVAC system is clogged with dust and blows chunks of it into the condo when the heat turns on, there is black mold growing in the shower, and several of the lights don't function. After two hours, I pulled a load of towels from the dryer because they were still damp. The thermostat quit working 2 days before my departure, so there was no heat to the unit. I sent 3 emails to the property manager/owner about the condition of the unit and received no responses other than a suggestion that I change a light bulb on an overhead light that would not turn on. It's really unfortunate that such a gorgeous condo has been left in such poor condition (the remodel was done in 2018 by the previous owner). I will not stay here again.

We loved our stay at this location! It was comfortable & convenient, with lots of amenities. I will stay here again when we're in the area.

Week in Tualatin.

Needed a place to stay for a week prior to a move to Arizona. This Condo and location was perfect for our needs. Only downside was figuring out how to use the TV. What the heck is Roku?

My experience was fantastic, great restaurants within walking distance, an actual comfortable bed (not a brick), nice amenities.

Great location

In town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4 ( 2 kids age 8) . The kids stayed on the pullout. We had many places to eat within walking distance. And had a nice kitchen available as well. Loved the bathroom with the heated floor!!!! Would definitely recommend, esp if you have a lot going on when you're in town and don't need a full home to be sitting around in all day.
