This is a large modern spacious 2 bedroom condo style apartment on the second floor in prime NW Portland location just 2 blocks from NW 23rd Ave. This 1,180 sq ft 2-bedroom unit both with TVs, located on a quiet, dead end street in the highly desirable alphabet district, has a spacious open floor plan featuring 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, private bathroom, laundry room, and balcony. The full kitchen features granite counters, island for cooking and new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living room area features a dining area with table and chairs, queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and closet while the second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and wardrobe closet. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. It has hardwood floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining and entertaining.

This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just two blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. My daughter and I had a great stay! The unit was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants, a cute neighborhood food market, coffee shop, and small boutiques.The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. It is a short Uber ride to downtown and many fantastic restaurants.Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, Peaceful Condo in the Heart of NW Portland

We had a truly wonderful stay at Becky’s condo—it was everything we hoped for and more. My partner and I visited with our daughter and her friend for a weekend getaway, and the space was absolutely perfect for our needs. Check-in was seamless, and the condo itself was spotless, spacious, and welcoming.The location is unbeatable—peaceful and quiet, yet just steps away from NW 23rd Ave, with its fantastic restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and it made our time in Portland feel so relaxed and easy. Becky also provided parking passes for the residential zone, which made parking completely hassle-free—such a bonus in that part of the city.During our stay, we visited the Portland Art Museum and the Japanese Garden—both easy to get to and highlights of the weekend. The condo was a perfect home base, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day out.Becky was a responsive, thoughtful host, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended!

Great Place Fantastic Location

The unit is roomy and very comfortable. And what really sets it apart is it's amazing location within easy walking distance of fun cafes, restaurants, a nice food store, shops, gorgeous neighborhoods and a lovely urban wild with lots of trails.

This is our second time staying at this location. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The place and kitchen utensils fully stocked. Becky, the property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great little spot

My spouse and I and 5 yr old and baby were super comfy using this place as a base camp for our 2 night PDX visit. Nice to have more space and a kitchen for an energetic kid and a pack n play. Becky was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

Very clean and spacious more than enough room for a small family. Lots of windows bright and airy. The location of this apartment is amazing! 3 blocks from the best pizza in Portland (Pizza Thief) and a couple blocks from amazing coffee and restaurants. You can walk and catch the trolly which will take you wherever you need to go. The management was very responsive to my messages and the whole process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this place!

Family Reunion

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. The apartment and surrounding neighborhood were absolutely perfect for our two nights in Portland. The space was clean, well stocked and spacious. The street was quiet and we easily found parking. It was a quick easy walk to shops and cafes as well as Forest Park.

Amazing location and great place to stay!

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom VRBO. It was perfect for us travelling with two small kids, 3 and 1. It had a large living space for us to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean! The host was super great, helpful and responsive. It is in a fabulous location, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and a safe neighbourhood. Would definitely come back again!!
