Our historic yet modern home is situated in the Alphabet District on NW 23rd. Just steps away, you'll find Salt and Straw, bars, restaurants, bookstores, and shops. Enjoy the perfect blend of classic charm and modern convenience!
The Space:
Fully renovated for Summer 2023, this beautifully remodeled historic 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is in the heart of the Alphabet District on NW 23rd Ave, boasting a walk score of 99. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, this space is truly unique in the area. Our driveway accommodates two vehicles, and the top floor balcony offers stunning views of NW 23rd Avenue!
Conveniently located near Alberta Arts, Historic Mississippi Ave, the Pearl, and Downtown PDX, youâll have easy access to all the best parts of Portland.
Spanning 2000 sq ft, this spacious home features brand new floors, paint, bathrooms, and furniture. Equipped with both heat and AC, it includes four brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets, and large pillows, one pullout queen sofa, and a queen aerobed for larger groups. Bedrooms have large closets, dressers for clothing storage, and luggage racks. Each nightstand has bedside lamps with USB ports for charging electronics.
The kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large table that seats eight for gatherings. Itâs fully stocked with dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods.
The living room is equipped with a Roku TV featuring Netflix and other channels for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. For your comfort, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels.
This home is perfect for business travelers, families, or weekend getaways. With 2000 sq ft, thereâs plenty of room for the whole group! Explore nearby parks, the Columbia River Gorge, or dine at Portlandâs famous restaurants.
