Hi my place is 5 minutes walk to Elmonica Max station and quick mini market the room come with full size bed small but if you need the cheap place to sleep this place will welcome you,you be able to use the shower we all share in the house and you have full access to the kitchen if you like to cook you can use any thing in the kitchen if needed we offer free Wifi and in the living room have a television if you like to check the news or some movie or tv show you more than welcome .3 days minimum to book .thank for check out my place

Great value, close to Max line

Doesn't get better for the price. It's a single bedroom in the home of a father and his kid, with access to a shared full bathroom. I stayed here with a friend for the weekend --- location is good (7 min walk to the red/blue Max station, which was a plus for us as we went into DT Portland every day.) Some notes: the bedroom is right next to a busy road so it gets noisy at night, but that didn't cause us any issues. Also the initial stairwell of the home has a little bit of an odor, but again didn't cause us any issues since we spent our time in the bedroom/bathroom exclusively. Owner was hospitable and kind, and gave us the right amount of space (not too chatty.) Overall a great stay and great value :)

Simple and nice

The room was as advertised and had its own half bath. The full bathroom could be used upstairs as well as the kitchen. Trung and his wife were very friendly and their house close to the Blue Max making it convenient to get into Portland without a car.

Too noisy

You'll need to wear noise cancelling headphones if you plan to get any sleep! The room is located on one of the busiest roads in Beaverton and you will hear every car, truck and motorcycle that flys by your window all night long. (pictured) The room is not especially clean. You get what you pay for at this place! Highlight, Max is super close.

Great value and excellent location

The house of a very nice Vietnamese family. The room is just that - a small room with a double bed, toilet and hand basin. Use of the kitchen, fridge, shower etc in the house is welcomed. For the price best value I have experienced on my many travels. The room is located a few minutes walk from the main train network running through Portland - and there is a direct regular train to the international airport. Quiet area - simple but nice.
