Located inside a charming Portland row house–style building on NW Everett Street, your private guest suite is tucked away upstairs, offering a peaceful place to recharge after a day spent exploring the city. Whether you've been shopping along NW 23rd Avenue, catching a match at Providence Park, enjoying Portland's renowned food scene, or simply wandering the neighborhood's vibrant streets, you'll appreciate returning to a cozy, comfortable space that feels like home.



The thoughtfully appointed bedroom features a queen-size bed with soft cotton linens, a warm comforter, and an extra quilt for added comfort. Relax with a book in the reading chair and ottoman, stream your favorite shows on the 40" Roku TV, or catch up on work at the small dining table. A mini-split heat pump keeps the room comfortable year-round, while a large window fills the space with natural light during the day and room-darkening shades help ensure a restful night's sleep.



Your private bathroom includes a shower, vessel sink with vanity, plush towels, hair dryer, and clothes steamer. For added convenience, you'll also have access to a kitchenette area equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, mini drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and glassware—perfect for simple breakfasts, snacks, or reheating takeout from one of the many fantastic nearby restaurants.

Guests have access to the entry, stairway, bedroom, bath and hallway. It is it's own space even though it is in a private home, you will not encounter anyone else during your stay. Entrance to the suite is through the front entry just below the street number and can be accessed via the entry keypad. PAID PARKING: There is limited paid parking throughout the neighborhood, just be mindful of the posted parking times / hourly limits, parking is monitored by the city. You may download the Parking Kitty App or pay at one of the nearby pay stations. Metered from 9 AM–7 PM, Mon–Sat, at about $2/hr. On Timbers/Thorns game days, rates rise to $6/hr. Pay via coin, card, or the Parking Kitty app. Some nearby areas require a Zone M permit—always check signs before parking.
