The one-bedroom apartment is furnished with basic elements. It consists of a large living room with well-equipped open kitchen, 2 twin-sized beds, one of which is a pull-out, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed, air conditioning, 1 full bathroom and a small outdoor area at the back with shower.

The one-bedroom apartment is in a complex of three adjacent but independent holiday homes in the heart of Porto Cesareo. The town beach is 150 meters away and it`s within walking distance, like other services. 
The
beach establishments are a few kilometers away, in famous seaside
locations such as Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and
Riva degli Angeli, characterized by caribbean sea and sandy dunes.

 

 - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has no windows but has a porthole for ventilation.
