The vacation rental apartment in Torre Lapillo is located within a picturesque estate with two other vacation homes. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people.
The one-bedroom apartment is introduced by a large outdoor courtyard with furnished common areas for relaxation, parking space, barbecue area and bicycles available to guests free of charge. Small pets are allowed .

apartment is a two-room apartment consisting of a kitchen-living room, 1
quad room with double bed + bunk bed, and bathroom with shower.
The house, in its extreme simplicity, is complete with everything: washing machine, air conditioning, indoor parking and outdoor shower. There are, in addition, bicycles for adults and children.
 
The surroundings of the estate
The
estate where there is the two-room apartment is located in the center
of Torre Lapillo. All commercial activities and services are within easy
reach. The sea and free beaches of Torre Lapillo are a few minutes' walk away, just 850 meters.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
