A 7-bed apartment on the first floor of Villa Michelle, a complex of vacation homes just 90 meters from the most beautiful beach in Porto Cesareo, in Scala di Furno.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, TV, electric oven and refrigerator.
In the garden there is an exclusive outdoor space, furnished with table and chairs. Shared parking spaces.
The villa is fenced and accessible through a sliding gate.

The spacious, comfortable and simply furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Michelle, and is introduced by an outdoor space of exclusive relevance, furnished with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table and chairs, corner sofa and TV. From here you enter the kitchen equipped with electric oven and dishwasher from which you exit to the outside.
The sleeping area consists of
2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom
with pull-out bed and completed by
2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower. 
The seventh sleeping arrangement is on a fold-out bed.
The surroundings of Villa Michelle in Porto Cesareo
Villa Michelle is located in Porto Cesareo, in the locality Scala di Furno just 90 meters from the beach of Lido Tabù, among the most famous and beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo, where there are both equipped lidos and stretches of free beach.
The center of Porto Cesareo, where all the main services are located, is less than 2 km from the villa, and can be reached by a pleasant walk along the seafront or by car. There are also shuttles that connect the area well with the town center.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
