This split-level charming 50m² apartment is conveniently located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

On the down floor, the living room features a comfortable sofa to relax on and a TV for your favourite shows. The area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, and dining table, as well as all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare a delicious meal.

On the upper floor, the bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed and hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom comes with all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.

Please note that there are several stairs leading to the apartment.

Fontainhas is one of the most typical neighbourhoods in Porto and also the area where you can take the most impressive photos of the river area! This natural viewpoint offers lots of breathless views!

This is the main picturesque place for the local, popular St. John festivities in June. It is a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd, and the area still remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops, and local families living there for decades.

You can really walk from here to anywhere in Porto city centre: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from Home, and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meal spot in the city. You will get to the great iron D. Luis bridge at the upper level, to the cathedral, or to Aliados Av. within a 10-minute walk!

São Bento train station is just 10 minutes walk away.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
