The apartment has a beautifully decorated sleeping area, which includes a cosy double bed, an armchair, and a support desk.

Guests will have access to a shared kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking and relaxing together.

There is no elevator in the building.

Almada street was the first large way to be built out of the walls of the city. At the top of the street you can find the Divine Heart of chapel, in neo-gothic style, that dates back to 1878.“Blacksmiths’ street”, as some people call i, known for its hardware stores. From chains to faucets, from plugs to hand tools, from keys to plumbing supplies, you’ll find it all. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, design and vintage ones, tattoo shops and coffee shops. Very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Aliados station is just a 5-minute walk away, while Trindade station is an 8-minute walk from the property.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Nicely located to allow access to a wide variety of restaurants. Easy to take a scenic stroll to the Ponte Luis I for the views. Would happily stay on our next trip.

Amazing spot in Porto

The room was beautiful and I did not expect to have a private balcony! Everything was clean and as advertised. The area was very central and within walking distance to many cool spots in town. I hope to return some day and stay here again! Thank you.

The house is very well located. The check-in was super easy. We had a room with a bathroom and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen was seperated, but we couldn't use the kitchen because it wasn't equipped. The house has charm, but it's definitely something for old building enthusiasts. It has been renovated, but there was a big water damage visible on our wall. It was very load from the outside and our neighborswere partying at night, although it's not suitable for light sleepers. The vegetarian restaurant in the house is incredibly good; definitely worth a visit!The room was cleaned occasionally; we had to ask, but they responded promptly. All in all, it was okay, but we would prefer a different accommodation on our next visit

Gave huiselijke plek in verrassende stad

Goede locatie. Mooi ingericht. Erg schoon. Jammer dat de douchekop niet kon hangen omdat hangsysteem kapot was. Tot twee keer toe hadden we stroomuitval, wat snel over was , zonder dat wij daar wat aan hoefden te doen.

A Nice Room in Porto

We had a nice time at this property. It is located on a lively block with many bars and restaurants, including a new restaurant directly underneath. The balcony also was a nice amenity and cleaners came every day, much like a hotel room. The shared kitchen is pretty sparse, and it would have been difficult to cook a meal in it if that is something you're looking to do. The kitchen is very separate from each of the individual units. Also since there was no AC unit in the room - a small issue during a big heat wave.
