The kitchen is modernly equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to make a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.

There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed and has access to a balcony. The second and third bedrooms are lovely rooms with double beds, and the last has twin beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

It is located in a great spot to explore the city. The area is home to attractions such as Parque Municipal da Lavandeira, Praia da Madalena, Praia da Sãozinha, Praia do Atlântico, Praia de Francelos, Praia de Francemar, Monte da Virgem Imaculada, and Praia de Valadares Norte. Many restaurants and bars exist, such as Restaurante Cidade, Hard Drivers Custom Motorcycles Restaurante, TuttiBuoni Pizzaria Artesanal, Sabores de Sonho, and El Guacamole Cantina Mexicana. Takeaways, such as Burger King A29, and cafes, such as Confectionery Paivas - Vitor Paiva and Brothers, Lda., and Restaurante Grade Velha, are also nearby.

Located just a short distance from the nearby stations Valadares (1.9 km), Francelos (3.2 km), Santo Ovidio (3.5 km), Madalena (3.9 km), and D. João II (4 km), this area offers ample public transport access, making it convenient for individuals of all ages. Here, you can take in the city's breathtaking scenery or unwind in the vibrant local culture.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
