The property has been enhanced with new windows featuring thermal and sound insulation, ensuring a quieter and more energy-efficient living space. Additionally, the home is equipped with air conditioning and heating, providing comfort throughout the year, no matter the season.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This house is located conveniently close to the São Bento station, with a 7-minute walk. This location offers many attractions, such as the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, and Clérigos Tower. Nearby restaurants and bars include Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. There is also Café Guarany for a quick bite to eat.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train and metro station, São Bento station, with a 5-minute walk.

Sã Carneiro airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
