We booked this vip hotel so I could receive the benefits of being gold. Also I asked for a room with two beds. I didn’t receive any benefits and had to wait for housekeeping to separate the beds. I wont be staying again and probably will think twice about using expedia.

i can't say enough about this hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and in the center of everything. Staff was great! I looked and didn't find a nicer hotel in Porto. Even the elevator was unique! It was much more than i expected. 5 stars

Welcoming environment with attentive staff. Drinks voucher and wine in room we're great touches. Would recommend making it easier to get water, i.e. not having to request but having dispensers in the hallways by rooms at night (I know it was available in the day, but it matters more at night).
