Wonderful hotel- the property was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful (Hugo, Tiago, and everyone else at the front desk) and the location central. Would recommend! Breakfast, a very nice spread! A very pleasant stay!

Fantastic Location & Exceptional Service We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to its unbeatable location, just steps away from a myriad of fantastic restaurants and lively bars. Whether you’re in the mood for fine dining or casual drinks, you’ll find everything you need right outside the door. The true highlight of our visit, however, was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice hotel, but poor leadership/processes

Positives: Lovely room (503) and great bathroom with nice products Speedy elevator Nice roof top space Friendly reception team negatives: locked out of the hotel for 10 minutes at 3.25am. i have NEVER experienced being locked out of a hotel. Very distressing for a stranger in a new city. No card reader. phoned published phone number twice (3 mins apart) - no answer. Night porter had apparently gone to the toilet. A simple note on door would have given clarity and some certainty. Having one member of staff on their own is totally unacceptable. had he slipped and banged head, we'd have been locked out all night, and his health would have suffered further. A second staff member would resolve all of this Next issue - roof top bar. Male staff member seemed more interested in making drink for female staff member and flirting with her that either coming over to us to take a drink order. so didn't order any more Breakfast - no orange juice for 15 mins, no cold milk for cereal. Lovely hotel, would stay again, needs a new GM to install good processes/procedures

Great hotel for location- lovely spacious room and loved the rooftop bar area! Only negative is that the street can be quite noisy until late in the evenings with overspill of customers drinking outside in the bars nearby!

It was a challenge to find the hotel but is a great hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Great suggestions on the activities, etc. hotel has afternoon tea from 2-9. It was great we can catch a cup of tea or coffee.

Small hotel, centrally located in a quiet street. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. The extra little treats and complimentary afternoon tea and cakes was most welcome. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was really very nice. The location was just a walk to attractions and endless restaurants and shopping. Rooms cleaned every day, just the friendliest staff. We had some confusion on our arrival, as we got close, the GPS would shut off but no hotel in site. Really our issue there. One not great thing was the parking location as it was not part of the hotel, but a couple blocks away. But once we were there, we only used the car a couple times so no big deal. Nice breakfast area, small bar at the entrance. Quite a few nice places to eat just steps away.

From the welcome to the time we left the team were so warm and welcoming. To name a few Renato & Paolo couldn’t do enough to help you! This is a lovely boutique hotel, good sized rooms and clean. Breakfast was buffet with a good selection and the team were happy to rustle up an omelette or eggs of your choice. Walking distance to the main attractions and a good choice of restaurants and coffee shops.

Amazing location and the most friendly and inviting staff at the front desk. The rooftop was very cute and cozy and the bar in the lobby was convenient. Very close to everything. Easy access to Ubers etc. Loved this hotel and will be looking for this hotel chain again when travelling.
