We had 2 suites at the property for Christmas. The suites was great, the staff is so friendly, professional and always available to provide any kind of help. We would always recommend this place if you are in Porto with family.

My son and I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was excellent, and we greatly appreciated the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Cleanliness throughout the property was commendable. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience due to the limited in-room amenities, such as the absence of tea bags and sugar. Additionally, the breakfast selection could benefit from greater variety to enhance the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel — it had everything we like and everything we needed. The room was wonderful and well-equipped with all the facilities we could ask for. Breakfast in the room was a small inconvenience since we had to prepare it ourselves, but it was only a minor distraction from an otherwise perfect experience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, with a very special shout-out to Gonzalo, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — our kids even wrote a song about him! “Gonzalo is the best, He helped us sleep, have fun, and rest!” If we could suggest one thing, it would be to add a swimming pool, which our children would have loved. Overall, we’d rate our experience 4.9999 out of 5 — so we’ll round it up to a perfect 5

Beautiful, relatively brand new hotel in the Northern part of Porto just outside the city center. Staff were attentive, easily accessible and went out of their way to ensure my family and I were having a great time in Porto! The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. The included daily customizable breakfasts were wonderful and a great way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm visiting Porto!

It was amazing and perfect where it is located as it is close to main area but yet on a quiet street area. The hotel service is excellent and breakfast was so nice delivered right to us at our room. It was very nice and spacious inside with a nice deck.
