The Space:

You will have at your disposal a spacious central terrace, two full suite bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds), a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a guest bathroom with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the popular Rua de Santo Ildefonso, right in the heart of Porto’s cultural and tourist center, where all the fun happens! It is surrounded by renowned restaurants and bars in the privileged Poveiros area, a lively and vibrant neighborhood.



Our top gastronomic recommendations include some of the city's best and most authentic restaurants: **Casa Guedes, Buraquinho, Venham Mais 5,** and **Escondidinho**.



If you’d like to explore other areas, there are several bus options, and the **Bolhão metro station** is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.



We highly recommend visiting **Ribeira do Porto**, crossing the iconic **Dom Luís I Bridge**, strolling along **Cais de Gaia**, and tasting the finest **Port wines** in the region’s famous wine cellars or at the **WOW Porto Experience Center**.



For a scenic ride along the riverside, take **bus number 500**. Departing near **São Bento Station**, this route follows the **Douro River** waterfront all the way to **Foz**, the **Matosinhos beaches**, and ends at the **Matosinhos Municipal Market**, where you can enjoy delicious seafood and regional Portuguese delicacies.

Getting Around:

Perfect for staying in the heart of the city with easy access to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is located next to Jardim de São Lázaro, less than a 10-minute walk from the famous Avenida dos Aliados and just 5 minutes from Rua de Santa Catarina.



You'll find the nearest metro stations, Bolhão and Campo 24 de Agosto, just a 5-minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

House Rules & Fees :

Smoking Policy

There is a zero-tolerance policyfor smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



Late Check-Out

If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



Lost or Forgotten Keys

- Lost keys: A replacement fee will be charged (cost upon request).

- Keys left inside the apartment: A €40 fee will apply for our team’s assistance after 7:00 PM.

- Keys left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention): Cost upon request.



Utility Limit for Long Stays (28+ nights)

For stays 28 nights or longer, utility costs (water, electricity, internet/TV package) are capped at €190. Any exceeding amount will be charged to the guest.



Property Inspections

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s representative to enter the property upon request for inspections. Monthly visits are scheduled for this purpose.



Important Notice

There is ongoing construction near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may impact your stay. We prioritize **transparency** to ensure that guest expectations are met.
