The hotel was in a lovely quiet part of town. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The piece de resistance was the staff. They were amazing. From reception to bar staff to waiting staff to cleaners. All lovely and so helpful.

Nice hotel in great location

Can’t ask for a better location to historic Porto. Walking distance to pretty well everything. Hotel staff were ver helpful in a number of ways. Rooms very were very spacious. Shower water pressure a delight!

Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most . Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto .

I like the hotel because you have the option of purchasing a room with a balcony, with seating and also there is an out door pool, with sun loungers and chairs. I would have thought its quite unique to find something like this in the middle of Porto

Excellent location in city centre. Near all sights and metro. Staff very helpful, excellent on languages and enthusiasm for the city. Hotel is city centre but has an oasis of a garden and pool. Rooms are very nice, good tv channels. Suggest a garden facing room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Porto. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choice to suit all tastes, and the pool area was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, and having a balcony with a view of the pool was a lovely bonus – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the fabulous city.

Pool was lovely. Seats do fill up fast but there’s less comfortable grey ones you can use. Rooms were nice, had nice balcony! Coffee machine to which was lovely. Central location too!
